Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • Can I cancel my membership?  Yes, we just require 30-day notice.

  • What happens to my free unused services if I cancel?  Any free services received as part of enrollment as well as the birthday gift certificate left unused at the time of cancellation will be forfeited.

  • Can I give my free services to someone else to use?  No, these free services may only be redeemed by the actively enrolled member.

  • Do I have a certain amount of time to use my free Botox, Deluxe Hydrafacial, and Dermaplane that I received upon enrolling? Yes, these services are available to use for one year.  After that time, they will no longer be available on your account.

  • Does my $100 birthday gift card expire?  Yes, this gift card expires 30 days from the date it was issued.

  • What can I use my $100 birthday gift card towards?  This can be used towards any retail skincare product as well as towards any services provided by the aesthetician or injector in our Warner Robins or Macon offices.

  • Can I give my birthday gift card to someone else to use?  No, this may only be redeemed by the actively enrolled member.

  • Does membership in Renaissance Rewards automatically roll over to the next year? Yes, your membership will continue until you cancel.  Or until a change in the monthly membership fee is announced.  Member will be required to agree to new monthly fee to continue enrollment without interruption.

  • How will I know of Renaissance Rewards subscriber only events and specials?  Emails announcing special savings and events reserved exclusively for our subscribers will be published on our Facebook and Instagram pages.  Additionally, subscribers will also receive emails announcing these savings.

  • Are there different levels of the Renaissance Rewards program?  No, all members receive the same level of services and pay one low monthly subscription fee.

  • Do I have to spend a certain amount at Renaissance to receive savings?  No.  Savings are available to all subscribers with active memberships who have no interruptions in their monthly subscription fees which are auto drafted from their credit card on file.

  • Will the monthly membership fee always be $50? Renaissance reserves the right to change the monthly membership fee with 60 days advance notice.  Renaissance will email all enrolled members notice of any change in monthly fee.  Member will be required to confirm their desire to continue subscription at the newly published monthly fee.  If this confirmation is not obtained, enrollment will be paused until confirmation can be obtained.

  • Will the member prices always be the same as when I enrolled?  Renaissance reserves the right to change the monthly membership fee with 60 days advance notice.  Renaissance will email all enrolled members notice of any change in member benefits. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Disruption in auto payment will result in the cancellation of Renaissance Rewards membership and loss of program benefits.  The practice will attempt to contact members for updated payment information in the event of an auto payment decline.  A 30-day notice is required to cancel membership.
